What direction am I going in?

Not sure whatโ€™s next for you? ๐Ÿ˜”

I have clients on a regular basis ask me similar ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿป questions.

Here is my advice, grab a notebook and pen ๐Ÿ“and ask yourself these questions:

1. What gives me lots of energy?
2. What drains me?
3. What friends give me energy?
4. What friends drain my energy?
5. When was that time in your life when you most felt alive? What were you doing?

Out of all of those answers go and do one of those things that lights โœจ you up!

Maybe you will do it differently this time?

Maybe it feels different this time?

Maybe you DON'T do it with those people that drain you and you definitely AVOID the things that deplete your energy?

Chances are, you haven't stopped to remember all the things you used to love ๐Ÿ˜ doing.

Now I'm not saying you need to go out to a nightclub and dance ๐Ÿ•บ til 2am, but if you loved dancing find a place you can go, so you can still enjoy doing that same activity.

Maybe you loved hiking...what was it that you loved about hiking?

You might not be able to climb Mt Everest ๐Ÿ”anymore but was it the fresh outdoor air you loved or the group of friends you went with or was it the getaway experience? Maybe it was the exercise and the sense of satisfaction of completing something challenging?

Truth is we all have moments when we realise we aren't "that young" anymore. BUT what we forget is that we can recreate the feeling based on what we used to do!

One more thing to remember is.... you are now much wiser than your younger self and so your level of experience and what you take away from the activity may be even better than before.

Get back to what you love! Feel your energy shift and the cells in your body come alive once more!
