  • Fasting and Wellness Coaching is a holistic approach that combines guided fasting protocols with overall wellness strategies. It’s designed to help you rejuvenate your body, improve energy levels, and foster mental clarity—all while supporting your individual health goals. It is great in supporting women going through peri-menopause and post-menopause.

  • Sessions are personalized to fit your unique needs. We begin with an initial assessment of your health, lifestyle, and goals, and then tailor a fasting and wellness plan just for you. Sessions typically involve a mix of guidance on fasting practices, nutritional advice, mindfulness exercises, and ongoing support.

  • The Fasting program is personalised to you. In our first consultation we will discuss your lifestyle and work out the best place to start. This program is for any woman at any stage of life. If you are suffering with excess weight, belly fat, perimenopause or post menopausal symptoms, brain fog, cravings, PCOS, hormonal issues, fertility issues, poor gut health, then this program is most definitely for you.

  • No prior experience is required. Whether you’re new to fasting or already have some experience, the program is adaptable to your current level and will help you progress safely and effectively.

  • While results vary by individual, many clients report improved energy levels, clearer mental focus, enhanced mood, and a deeper sense of well-being. Some also experience physical benefits such as better weight management and reduced inflammation.

  • Each plan is crafted based on your health history, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and personal goals. This customisation ensures that the fasting protocol and wellness strategies are both sustainable and effective for you. These are not diets, these are lifestyle plans that you can use for the rest of your life.

  • The session always commences with a follow up on the task that was set the previous session, followed then by a brief check in on the week that has passed and any noticeable changes.

    The remainder of the session will be based on what is coming up for the client that week and what they want to work through. The client will be asked questions to challenge their thinking. These questions may seem uncomfortable at the time and the client has the ability to control the intensity of the session. The Coach will always check in with client before progressing forward.

    Some techniques may be used if the client is presenting with an emotion or limited belief or block that needs to be cleared. Each session will end with a task being set by the Coach based on what the client wants to achieve that week. The client must agree with the task and then the Coach will hold the client accountable to this task throughout the week.

  • All sessions can run up to 55 mins but this depends on the breakthroughs within the session. Some may take only 20 minutes. If a client books in for a one-off DEEP COACHING session, these sessions can run from 90-120mins.

  • In a Coaching Program, Coaches can delve deeper into clients' goals, challenges, and personal development, offering more comprehensive support and guidance. The Packages are designed to clear out and reset any old blocks/beliefs that may have been holding you back.

    It's because of this that we are able to help you to move forward and take action on what you want to work on. Therefore, it is recommended to always start with a Package before moving onto follow up sessions.

    Think of your Package as the "flushing out" or RESET process to make way for all the amazing things that are about to enter your life.

    To aim for optimal results, all the steps in the program will help you to achieve your desired outcome with greater success and fulfilment.

  • We understand that life gets in the way and we are flexible with moving sessions around each week if necessary and we have other timeslots to offer you. However, there is no refund on any package. Extreme circumstances can be negotiated.

    Failure to attend a session or give 24-hour notice has denied someone else booking your place and as a result, this session cannot be made up.

  • Remember why you came to a Coach? You wanted to be held accountable to achieve your desired result. The Coach works with you to come up with an appropriate and realistic task. You help set this task and agree to it. It is a small step in helping you to reach your ultimate goal. YES, you must complete it. Failure to complete several tasks shows the Coach that you are not willing to take action and that the Coach has shifted their role to become more of a counsellor or mentor. Of course, situations may arise where it is completely impossible to complete a task (ie, death in the family, trauma etc), but in these situations we are extremely understanding.
